Article I - Meetings
There shall be at least
six meetings each year, exclusive of the Zone Meeting.
Article II - Executive Committee
The
executive Committee shall consist of the officers of the organization and the past president. The executive Committee
shall recommend policies and conduct the business of the association.
Article III - Election of Officers
Section
1. Four weeks before the annual meeting, the President shall appoint a nominating committee of three members. They shall
present a slate of officers at the annual meeting in May, when elections shall take place.
Section 2. All
officers shall be elected for a term of one year.
Section 3. The officers shall perform the duties usual
to their office. The Vice-President shall be Program Chairman.
Section 4. The Executive Committee shall
appoint members to all vacancies.
Article IV - Dues
The dues shall be $10.00 per year, payable
by mail or the October meeting.
Article V - Amendments
The Bylaws may be amended at any regular
meeting by a two-thirds vote of the members present.
Article VI - Memorials
An appropriate
memorial, not exceeding $20.00, will be sent, in the name of the Association, in the event of a death affecting a member only,
by the Friendly Service Committee.
